Project Architect

Mr Casbeth Mupingwavareni holds a Diploma in Architecture from Bulawayo Polytechnic. He now has 4 years working experience in the field and has worked with companies like National Railways of Zimbabwe, Rigger Holdings (Liquid Telecoms Contractor) and Flare Supplies (Liquid Telecoms Contractor). He gained exposure in the telecoms industry as a project manager doing MPLS projects, from surveys, implementation and invoicing to Liquid Telecoms. One of the outstanding projects he executed was the GPON backbone layout for Ilanda and Khumalo.

Projects Manager

Mr Nkanyiso A.Ngwenya holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Bulawayo Polytechnic. Nkanyiso has more than 6 years working experience as a projects manager for various companies which include Stelix Civils Engineers and Contractors. Being a well-travelled e Technician, Nkanyiso has been exposed to water, structural and roads engineering. His exposure and experience shall be the benchmark upon which all Winstric Construction’s projects shall be premised. He is also conversant with Safety, Health and Quality Assurance. Nkanyiso is responsible for the management of all Winstric’s Contracting Projects, ensuring that projects are executed timeously, economically, and adhere to all building construction standards enshrined in the Zimbabwe Building Construction by Laws.

Projects Engineer

Mr Oscar Ncube is professional Engineer with over 25 years experience working in theTelecommunications Industry. 1993-2000 he worked for Tamu Enterprises contracted (PTC Contractor) and 2010-2021 he has been working for Rigger Holdings (Liquid Telecoms Contractor). He had exposure and he also gained capacity to execute ADSS projects, Under Ground projects, LTE and Base StationTowers. He has mounted many base station towers in Matabelaland. He also have experience in optic fibre blowing

Plumber

Ezekiel Mudause is a well versed plumber with over 20 years’ experience, and has the proven ability to offer technical direction in the engineering and maintenance of plumbing systems and residential buildings. He is proficient in the interpretation of building specifications and in the installation of HPDE PVC, Copper pipes, fixtures and other plumbing equipment. A competent leader with the ability build effective relationships and empower teams across emergency and troubleshooting scenarios.

Carpenter

Thembelami Ncube is a detail oriented and analytical carpenter with a wealth of experience in executing fixtures and fitting installation for residential and commercial property. With over five years of carpentry and joinery expertise, he is able to fulfil a wide range of property needs, including residential housing fixtures, fittings structures, commercial kitchen and office needs. He is well versed in the excellent completion of truss installations. He is design oriented and is able to incorporate design elements, comfortable working with scaffolding and rigging. Adept at conducting plan analysis, feeding back any problems to clients & assist in project completion

Electrician

Ocean Moyo is a competent technical Electrician with over 10 years’ experience in the installation, maintenance and operation of electrical systems across domestic, commercial, industrial and residential sites. He possesses profound knowledge of Standard regulations. Highly skilled in the installation of new conduit wiring systems and in the wiring of electrical and control cables. He has demonstrated the ability to build productive relationships and to lead and collaborate with wireman teams and specialist contractors to achieve demanding resource and time constraints.
